YOU MAY CANCEL THIS CONTRACT, WITHOUT ANY PENALTY OR OBLIGATION, WITHIN 5 DAYS FROM THE DATE THE CONTRACT IS SIGNED. Federal law also gives a 3-business-day right; the longer 5-day Florida period applies.
If you cancel any payment made by you under this contract, it will be returned within 10 days following receipt by the credit service organization of your cancellation notice.
You may also cancel by mailing or hand-delivering a signed, dated copy of your Notice of Cancellation to the address on your agreement. Mailing or hand-delivery is always sufficient; this form is a courtesy.
